You will need to complete a detailed screening assessment form.

The screening form is for your safety and requests that we document any implantable devices or metal that you may have within your body. It is the technologists’ responsibility to make certain that it is safe for you during your MRI examination. These implantable devices include but are not limited to pacemakers, spinal stimulators, cochlear implants. If you have any concerns or questions about that aspect of the procedure, please ask the technologist.
